What we are doing for the next 10 weeks

I am not a cheerleading mom really I'm not but my baby girl loves it so much I tolorate it for her. The one thing that I do love about it is compition. Just watching what they can do at their age groups are just amazing and I do mean amazing. Once school starts the girls all move inside and is closed practice so parents do not see what the girls are doing. And then to see them on their big day is (yes) amazing. Since I can't convince her to play football no matter how hard I try we will remain in Pop Warner cheerleading for another 5 years or so. Since we do not have jr. high cheerleaders most stay in Pop Warner until high school which we will do. I do love seeing my shy quiet little girl become a loud, proud Cheerleader at games and at compition. I will say for their first year of actual competeing they did very well placed 3rd at local and 2nd in Western State. This year will be even better. Mommy is very proud of you baby. Now this is more my thing. I love football especially when seeing so many of the other teams players on the ground. And my baby boy putting them there. I am a football mom. I guess that comes from haveing 4 brothers that played the first 10 of the 26 years we have had a Pop Warner here and this is my sons 4th and final year. Next year we are on to the big bad Jr. High team then on to the bigger badder high school teams. But Buggie this is your year to shine Mommy loves you and is very proud of you.

These next 10 weeks are all about my two little ones which aren't so little at 11 and 12 but they are my babies, also not that the last 7 haven't been about them already since we are in baseball and softball season for the next couple of weeks anyways. Ball games during the day and football and cheer in the evening. Going to be fun. A little less sleep for me (not getting that much as it is) but that's ok I do what my kids want and they want to play ball, football and cheer. As well as the other things the two older ones do. More to come one them another night.
Kenny was happy when we got to the meeting for football tonight and seen that his coach kept his promise and came back to coach the rest of his boys(been his coach all along) his son is moving on to Jr. high this year. He looked at Kenny and said I want that hair cut tight, and Kenny said yes coach I know. I have been begging him for months to get it cut. So tomorrow at 2:00 I will no longer have a hair bag since David got his cut the week before school ended. Starting monday were off to practices 4 nights a week 3 hours a night
